Hazorea has been supplying world markets with quality cold water ornamental fish since 1980. Hazorea breeds and grows various species of ornamental and gold fish in open air mud ponds. In addition, Koi Carp are bred and raised in a bio-secure intensive system that is isolated both from other parts of the farm and fish facility as well as from outside influences or interference. There are very few Koi farms in the world who can give you this peace of mind and security!
HEALTH
Hazorea gives the highest priority to the quality and the health of the fish it ships. We dedicate considerable resources and spare no effort in order to ensure that you receive only fish of the finest quality and health.
In an effort to prevent and contain the Koi Herpes Virus (KHV) that has attacked Koi farms around the world, Hazorea has built a special bio-secure Koi facility that is completely isolated from all outside influence. The system allows us to breed, stock and ship virus free Koi of all sizes while monitoring the health and providing for the well being of the fish all around the year.
In addition to the tests carried out at our facility, our fish also undergo regular seasonal examinations at the Central Fish Health Laboratory of the Israel Ministry of Agriculture. We maintain interactive links with various laboratories overseas in order to exchange information relating to professional topics as well as updates on developments and innovations in global aquaculture.
TROPICAL FISH
Hazorea Aquatics co-operates closely with Israel’s leading producer of tropical fish Sundag Ltd. Sundag tropical fish are renowned for their quality and have won prizes at exhibitions in the Far East. Our co-operation with Sundag allows us to offer you a wider range of products at net export prices, while saving you the extra effort and logistics involved in dealing with a number of suppliers.
SHIPMENT
Hazorea can supply most fish orders within a few days of receiving them. In fact, many of our customers send in their orders on Friday and receive them on Monday! |
